The Event

Attune is Firstup’s flagship event designed to help enterprise leaders navigate the evolving complexity of workforce communication. As organizations become more hybrid and distributed, the need for seamless, personalized, and scalable communication has never been greater.

The event focuses on bridging the gap between HR, IT, and communications—helping organizations simplify fragmented tech stacks, align platforms like Microsoft 365, and deliver secure, engaging experiences that reach every employee. Grounded in real-world challenges, Attune creates space for leaders to connect, learn, and build more unified, high-performing workplaces.

Creative direction across the full event experience

  • Partnered with an external team to develop a cohesive event brand toolkit

  • Collaborated closely with stakeholders and event producers, including location scouting and experience planning

  • Directed and executed a 16-week promotional campaign across video, social (paid + organic), and speaker content with demand gen

  • Oversaw all on-site creative, including stage design and environmental visuals

  • Creative directed a customer story video series featured throughout the event

  • Partnered with 6 executives to bring keynote storytelling to life through compelling visual narratives

  • Created a library of 30+ demand generation videos and assets to support promotion, engagement, and post-event marketing

Results

Delivered 4 successful large events, and many more smaller engagements under the Attune moniker that drove measurable engagement, pipeline influence, and ongoing content value.

  • Influenced mid-six-figure pipeline opportunities through event-driven meetings and targeted follow-up campaigns

  • Generated dozens of qualified meetings with enterprise prospects and customers during and post-event

  • Extended impact through on-demand content, driving continued engagement and new prospect interest beyond the live experience

  • Increased executive-level engagement across HR, IT, and Communications audiences

  • Strengthened key account relationships, supporting renewal and expansion conversations

  • Established a scalable event and content framework for future go-to-market initiatives
