The parent company of Ann Taylor and LOFT retail stores came to us to help evolve the relationship between sales associates and customers. Their internal training group, The Client Experience, was teaching store managers and associates to be more consultative with shoppers, and they needed the right training materials. I conceived and designed a Style Guide, Coaching Guide, and Clothing Fit Guide that made training simpler and more effective, leading to improved communication between store employees and consumers.

Ann Inc. Culture Video : We created a new culture video based on the theme: “Grow Together.” The video featured ANN INC home office and retail associates telling their story of how they live the culture every day. My involvement was scene concepts and art direction.
